Raka Cups don’t produce vacuum sealed cup at this moment, because double wall welding requires a certain degree of sealing. At present, our factory uses manual welding, and the sealing accuracy is not yet achieved. In addition, the cups generally do not need to be kept too warm, because the general cups are very difficult to match with a sealed lid, so vacuuming is not meaningful. Another big problem is that if the cup is vacuumed, it is not dishwasher safe, and the sealing hole may be damaged in the dishwasher.
l Generally, stainless steel cups are double-layered, with two layers inside and outside. The middle of the interlayer is air, which is a poor conductor and thus has a certain thermal insulation effect.
lMany thermos cups use tailless vacuum technology to exhaust all the air in the middle, forming a complete insulating layer inside to achieve a relatively strong thermal insulation effect.
