Raw material Die-Cutting

The die-cutting machine will die-cut the steel roll into small round piece based on the mug size. For double wall mug , we will die-cut outside wall and inside wall material separately.

Material Stretching

The small pieces steel will be stretched into our mug size by our stretching machine, at this stage, we will stretch and make the shape for outside mug shell and inside mug shell

Washing and dry

outside mug shell and inside mug shell will be sent to Automatic cleaning machine , all the shells will be removed the surface oil and other dirty marks by clean water, then make them drying by high temperature.

Rim trimming

All the stretched single wall cells are very sharp-edged, so all of them need to be rim trimming.

Welding

Inside and outside shells will be welded together to make insulated double wall.

Polishing

The mugs will be polished after welded , in regular, we can make sand polishing (brushed polishing), glossy polishing and mirror polishing. We can make different polishing effect for inside and outside wall, glossy polishing and mirror polishing need experienced and skilled workers to make them, because the polishing is difficult and dangerous.  

Inspection 1

Our QC will inspect each polished mug to assure each mug is good quality before send to weld the handle

Handle welding

After polishing, we will weld the handle onto the mug, our factory uses laser machine to weld the handle, laser welding is very sturdy and strong, the handle is never fall off from the mug, the welding spots are very neat and nice.

Re-polishing

Because laser welding is very high temperature, there are some burning yellow marks around the handle area on the mug , we will send back to re-polish again.

Logo

In our factory, we can custom any logo on the mug for our customers, we have laser engraving machine and silk screen printing machine to print the logo on the mug, we also can make multi-colors transfer printing, embossed and debossed logo are available as well.

Inspection 2

Our QC will inspect each welded mug again to assure all the mugs are good quality before packaging

Packing

Packing is also very important to protect our mugs not to be scratched or damaged during long shipment,  Regular packing are plastic bag and paper box, we also welcome customer to custom the packaging like the printed color box or dust bag.
